I manage regional development projects

Krzysztof Łątka

After 10 years of working as a journalist and a manager of media and marketing projects, at the end of 2006 I took on a function in the Lublin City Office (lublin.eu). First, I was elected the City Secretary, then in 2011 I was appointed to the position of the Head of the Department obtaining the European funds for Lublin and managing projects in the area assigned by the Mayor of the City.

In 2012 I co-created the concept and began coordination of the Centre for Eastern European Competences program, the flagship project of which is the Eastern Europe Initiatives Congress.

I create and support business

Krzysztof Łątka

In 2003 I co-founded ENZO company (www.enzo.pl) which is still in operation today. Since 2012 I have been running my own business under the brand of Most Biznesu – Business Bridge (www.most-biznesu.eu) which caters for the needs of small and large enterprises, start-up companies, universities and NGOs with respect to supporting development processes, internationalization of operations, international trade, project and program management, and implementation of administrative and legal procedures. The common denominator of my activities is usually the cross-border cooperation between the European Union and the Eastern Partnership countries, particularly within the framework of the association agreement and the free trade agreement with Ukraine.

I am a licensed employment broker, whose showcase are projects of recruiting medical personnel from Eastern Europe for Polish hospitals - www.medsestra.pl, www.vrachi.eu. As part of the Medimost company, of which I am the vice president of the management board, we are also implementing a project to integrate migrants with the Polish health care system as part of the www.vrachi.pl project.

Especially for start-ups from Eastern Europe, I run the Poland Prize Hub program, under which we support several dozens of Ukrainian and Russian-speaking teams in obtaining grants for their business development in Poland / European Union.

I am a member of the “Lewiatan” Union of Private Employers of the Lublin Region.
