Do you feel paralyzed by uncertainty when you need to make key decisions?
Do you want to increase your revenue but don’t know how to do it?
Thanks to my highly diverse experiences and proven methods, I can help you make sound decisions that will translate into real growth. Since 1997, working in various leadership roles and managerial positions, I have successfully completed over 100 business, social, and local government projects that have delivered beneficial results.
Every day, I make dozens of managerial decisions. This allows me to advise you on the most effective management methods, helping you save time and money while avoiding costly mistakes.
Schedule a consultation, training, or workshop with me in Polish or Ukrainian, tell me about your current problems or strategic challenges, and I will help you manage the risks that paralyze your actions.
Read about my life legacy and the interdisciplinary qualifications I’ve gained to convince yourself to collaborate with me.
Since 2000, thousands of people have participated in workshops, seminars, congresses, study visits, and research organized or conducted by me. Read the opinions of some of them.
I have supported teams of large and small companies, non-governmental organizations, universities, hospitals, and public administration offices, conducting training and coaching in Polish or Ukrainian.
I have worked on projects/programs funded by the European Commission, the World Health Organization, ministries, and government agencies of Poland and the Federal Republic of Germany.
I am a certified project management manager under the PRINCE2 methodology and programs under the MSP methodology. The VCC system (https://vccsystem.eu/) has accredited me as a trainer and examiner for courses in grant project management.
With accumulating professional and life experience, I have developed my own original methodologies, which I use to conduct training and consultations. I effectively inspire others to work efficiently in areas I have personally encountered in my life.
You can read more about my leadership, business, and social competencies below 🙂
Since 1996, I worked as a journalist and manager of media and marketing projects, concluding this stage of my life in 2005 as the editor-in-chief of Radio Centrum 98.2 FM.
At the end of 2006, I joined the Lublin City Hall (https://lublin.eu/). In 2007, I was appointed to serve as the City Secretary, and from 2011 to 2019, I worked as the director of a department in the Lublin City Office. Together with my team, we secured tens of millions of euros in grant funding and managed a hundred non-infrastructure development projects.
In 2012, I co-created the concept and began coordinating the Eastern European Competence Center program, whose flagship project was eight editions of the Congress of Eastern European Initiatives.
In 2020, after 13 years of work, I left the Lublin City Office and focused on implementing business and social projects.
I registered and ran my first business ventures right after turning 18. During my studies, in 2003, I co-founded my first start-up—ENZO (https://enzo.pl/), a company still operating today, from which I successfully exited after a few years.
Since 2012, I have been running a new business under the Most Biznesu brand (https://most-biznesu.eu/). Every month, we provide dozens of entrepreneurs with a sense of security in managing their business processes, offering legal, administrative, accounting, tax, logistics, sales, and grant acquisition support. In particular, we assist with the export of services and goods across the current European Union border.
Since 2020, as part of the Medimost start-up (https://zdorovo.pl/pl/medimost), where I am a majority co-owner and board member, we connect hundreds of patients and doctors from Eastern Europe with Polish medical facilities each month, eliminating key barriers and creating efficient cooperation networks. Medimost is both an officially registered employment agency and a medical facility independently providing healthcare services.
After concluding my involvement in student and local government, I continued my managerial specialization within the authorities of various types of social organizations.
From 2019 to 2024, I was a board member of the La Musica Choir Association (https://www.chorlamusica.pl/)—the best children’s and youth ensemble of its kind in Poland, which brings together nearly 100 young people across three parallel groups.
Since 2020, I have been the president of the board of the Central and Eastern Europe Development Foundation (https://fresw.pl), which builds and strengthens entrepreneurial and innovative attitudes, and since 2022, additionally supports Ukraine by organizing humanitarian aid.
Since 2020, I have also been the president of the board of the Student Neighborhood Sports Club “Sławin” (https://www.facebook.com/UOKS.Slawin), which manages 10 football teams for children's and youth age groups, nurturing 300 children annually through sports.
In 2022, together with a team of experts, we created a dedicated website for Ukraine, www.granty.org.ua, aimed at supporting the training of personnel for the effective European integration of the country. Using our original methodologies, we train over 100 people annually in Ukrainian to become effective grant project management managers.
While studying at the Second General High School in Lublin, I became seriously interested in economics, becoming a finalist in the national stage of the Economics Knowledge Olympiad a year before my matura exam.
I sang in two choirs—Kantylena, and later in the UMCS Academic Choir, where I was chosen as “president.” Together with friends, we also founded our own music band, which regularly performed at school assemblies. At the same time, I trained in various sports disciplines and refereed district and central-level league handball matches.
From 1997 to 2005, I developed as a leader in the Student Government and the Economists’ Scientific Circle at the Faculty of Economics of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin (https://www.umcs.pl/). From 2000 to 2002, I served as the student representative in the UMCS Academic Senate. During that time, I carried out my first professional projects, including grant-funded ones.
From 1997 to 2006, I was elected as a member of the Council and Board of the Dziesiąta District in Lublin.
I am a graduate of the 8th edition and served as a member of the training staff for the 9th and 10th editions of the School for Young Social and Political Leaders by Professor Zbigniew Pełczyński (https://www.szkola-liderow.pl/).

1. I teach a lot – mostly about project management and regional development processes – both in Polish and in Ukrainian language. Training courses are supplemented with consulting and coaching.
2. I support the development of international trade and internationalization of businesses from Poland and Eastern Europe. A dedicated team of young experts analyses information necessary to launch products and services on the foreign market. We translate websites and other marketing materials. We arrange B2B meetings for our clients and we support them in terms of logistics, language and culture. We monitor tenders and purchasing needs on the market. A dedicated expert for cooperation is assigned to each client.
3. We register companies in Poland for foreigners. We offer a virtual office service, as well as office and warehouse space sharing. We recommend accounting and legal services. We help in customs clearance and sanitary tests of commodities brought into the European Union. We assist effectively in procedures of obtaining residence permits and work permits.
4. Together with the team, we support the development processes of the Polish and Ukrainian medicine under Medimost.eu and Vrachi.eu programme. We organize study visits, specialist seminars, training courses and business meetings. As part of Medsestra.pl project we recruit medical personnel from Eastern Europe for Polish hospitals.
5. I have supported the Ukrainian decentralization reform right from the beginning. We organize study visits to Poland for Ukrainian officials to exchange experiences, as well as specialist seminars in Ukraine during which we discuss the most important trends in public administration management. We share our experiences of the successful Polish political and economic transformation. We show how to create a thriving brand for cities and regions, obtain funding and provide services to investors.
6. I design and participate in formulation of development strategies for towns and districts in Poland and Ukraine. Together with the local communities, I analyse cultural heritage and business of the selected local government units, discuss the development potential in line with the European and global trends, formulate development goals, create sectoral programs and local development projects. I am a co-author of a unique method of research on quality of life, the results of which support effective decision-making by local governing organs. I obtain funds for financing of cross-border projects.
